Do some physical activity every day - walk, run, play in the garden, do a sport or try a workout
When walking maybe time yourself and each day do the same route and try and get faster
Mr D's Workouts - is a Youtube channel created by a PE teacher for his students - which are either KS1 or KS2
Create a simple exercise workout to do with a family member
Learn the dance moves for different songs and then perform them to a family member
Try some yoga exercises
Make a training circuit around the house or garden. At each station, complete a different exercise for 30 seconds, eg star jumps
